- Pitch your opportunity to everyone – You are not asking for money, you are inviting people to make a great return on their money. i like your advice, but lets face it, if you really want money you have to be proactive and obtain it yourself. Everyone wants to preach going out and getting money from all these sources that dont require credit and busines expierance ect, but really if you are shown the way, you can get whatever you need yourself. You can get a million dollar line of credit still, even in this tough market. Is it tricky, sure, is it tough, you bet! But are you serious about investing or are you just wanting to have your ears tickled?

You put out great information and it is useful. We now have a commercial project on 400 plus acres in the now approved road expansion land of Palm Springs. Need $25 million which when city approved will turn into over $100 million. All within a 10 to 12 month time frame.
