Standards for solid deals in the real estate industry are to do deals 70 cents on the dollar or where rents are 1% of purchase. We far exceed industry standards for solid deals by purchasing REOs, Residential & Commercial properties at not only around 50 cents on the dollar, but also with rents often 2-3% of purchase. If needed, value added repairs are completed to increase equity and operations. Multiple exit strategies result from the tremendous equity and cash flow, also significantly minimizing risk and making for very secure investments for our investors.
These deals are funded privately thru investors and partners who take advantage of tremendous opportunities with strong returns that are very secure. We create win-win situations with our investors and partners and have systems and teams in place to duplicate deals over and over.

Once the market hits bottom in CA, this is a strategy that will again receive serious consideration for projects where the numbers make great sense. We are still very active in the CA market however. Other strategies that we explore are commercial real estate and Bulk REOs. Particularly cashflow deals such as self storage, mobile homes, poorly performing apartments or offices, retirement facilities, etc.
