We strive to bring as many deals that meet our criteria into our pipeline then filter them efficiently to seperate the deals from the duds. Then we offer on a lot of properties and cherry pick the best ones.
Once we have a deal under contract, we complete thorough due diligence to confirm the deal is an absolute slam dunk or home run deal. Then we unleash our team and hit one out of the park!!
We are only interested in deals that far exceed industry standards for solid deals from an equity and cashflow standpoint. This results in multiple exit strategies, ironclad deals that can withstand worst case scenarios. Low risk, lots of security, flexibility, tons of exit strategies all amount to low risk and great returns.
