In a nutshell, we purchase property at an extreme discount with approximately 50% equity and tremendous cashflow.  This results in big profits, multiple exit strategies and tremendous investment opportunities for our investors and partners.

Now imagine there is a near identical house across the street from yours.  We will purchase this house around 1/2 the value of your home.  If your house will sell for $150,000 in 3 months, we will purchase the identical house across the street, fully remodeled, for $75,000.  Payment, tax and insurance are estimated to be $700, this property will rent for $1400/mth.  Would you invest in a property worth $150,000 with $75,000 in equity that rented for positive $700 a month?  These numbers are typical of the deals we do.

We have a similar approach to commercial property.  Purchase and repairs are around 1/2 of the value of the property and there is tremendous positive cashflow.
